This quest begins with Azzar Habbib, a Heretic located in the observation area of Paineel overlooking the newbie grounds. It is attainable at indifferent faction.
You say, 'Hail, Azzar Habbib'

Head to the Warrens and seek out the Cave Bat Lord (blue to a level 23). It can be found past the King's Throne Room and is surrounded by giant cave bats. It drops Azzar's Dreadful Hat, a helm for Cazic Thule worshippers only. Take this item to Azzar Habbib.
