Went in expecting nothing and got him on third spawn, which means nothing but it is the second reason why I doubt he's a real 3%. If anyone gets more data please modify accordingly if necessary. |

Spawn chance says 3% but is this right? Most named in the zone have around 25-33% chance so I don't see why that guy in particular would be even morecrare than Raster. Went in expecting nothing and got him on third spawn, which means nothing but it is the second reason why I doubt he's a real 3%. If anyone gets more data please modify accordingly if necessary.
