Description
Take the shining stone from shadow men to her, and she'll enchant it for you.
The faction change is only granted when you do the quest, not if you kill her.
A good spawn for solo EXP (attack before she starts buffing). She nukes for a max of 250. 6 minute respawn.
Awards no faction hits when killed.
