Description
They're a bit all over the zone but not super common. Between #9 and #10 on the Eastern Wastes map there's about 6 of them that wander the area. It has been my go to when I needed them and always found them without fail.
Note they're tougher than you'd expect, they have decent hp and they hurt. Resisted my nukes more than anything else in the zone so they possibly have higher magic resistance.
