Collier may be found at (-1170, -70, 83) in [[Erudin]], on the top floor of the Vasty Deep Inn.

You say, 'Hail, Collier' 

: Collier says 'Make it a habit of walking into peoples rooms now do ya? Well seeing as I'm here on business I may have a [proposition] for you.' 

You say, 'What is the proposition?'

: ''If your faction is too low:''

: Collier says 'You need to prove your dedication to our cause before I can discuss such matters with you.'

: ''If your faction is high enough ''(indifferent)'':''

: Collier says 'I'm in the employment of an alchemist that desires some rare venom from this region of Norrath. I will reward you with a special weapon treatment if you can return to me with a venomous spikefish poison sac, an ancient poison sac, an ancient snake fang, and the blood of a necromancer.' 

You say, 'What special weapon treatment?'

: Collier says 'My employer has uncovered the secrets of the Bloodclaw and can reproduce the weapon treatment used in the forging of the legendary Stiletto of the Bloodclaw.'

He wants:

<li>[[Ancient Venom Sack]] - drops off [[Slyder the Ancient]] in [[Stonebrunt Mountains]]</li>
<li>[[Venomous Spikefish Poison Sac]] - extremely rare drop off [[Venomous Spikefish]] in [[Kerra Island]]</li>
<li>[[Necromancer Blood]] - drops off [[Heretic Invader]]s in [[Stonebrunt Mountains]]</li>
</ol>

Collier gives back a [[Thick Caustic Liquid]] which is not No Drop along with the text reply to the effect of:  "There is the weapon treatment I promised you.  Use it in a forge with any standard forged weapon.  Choose your preferred weapon carefully as there is only enough of the substance for a single treatment."

Reward varies depending upon which weapon you use.

: Collier says, 'Here is the weapon treatment that I have promised you. Use it with any standard forged weapon. Choose your preferred weapon carefully as there is only enough of the substance for a single treatment.'
