| description = Phinigel is the last known knight of the Kedge, loyal to [[Prexus]] to his last breath. He resides deep within [[Kedge Keep]]. He is protected by several [[Swirlspine Guardian]]s.

===Strategy===
Not an extraordinarily difficult foe once he is separated from his [[Swirlspine Guardian]]s. His AOEs are very strong, including a dispel which will cause rather rapid problems with drownings. To avoid this he is usually engaged only with pets (which never drown and seem to have innate resistance to AOEs) and not with melee players.

He can be killed with a few players. Pet classes will have to chain summon pets. At least one pet must be attacking Phinny to hold agro or else he will summon.
