You say, 'I am a mercenary.'

Wenglawks Kkeak says 'Well then, I suppose you might be looking for work. Are you?'

You say, 'I am looking for work.'

Wenglawks Kkeak says 'I have been looking for a few good people to deliver goods for me. I have several deliveries to clients which must be made soon. My last delivery person ended up dead, unfortunately.'

You say, 'Dead?'

Wenglawks Kkeak says 'Yes, I do not know who did it, as there is not much competition in this city for trade. He was found stabbed in the back and gutted, just outside the city.'

You say, 'I will deliver goods for you.'

This no longer works. What response currently works?

Wenglawks Kkeak says 'Are you sure you will be up to this journey? It will take a hardened person to survive the trip. Let alone find my client. Do you really want to go out into the dangerous lands in the west?'

You say, 'You can trust me.'

Wenglawks Kkeak says 'I will curse your immortal soul if you fail. In the depths of the icy waters of the cobalt scar lives an outcast siren who preys upon her own kind. We have a deal, I will provide her with an excellent hunting net and she will provide me with a giant cloak made of the scales of her kind. Take this voucher to Kellek and deliver the net. Do whatever it takes to get my cloak.'

You receive Voucher for Mechanical Net.

Give the note to Kellek in the next room and he gives you a Mechanical Net. This might require some faction.

An outcast Siren can be found at /loc -1414 -937 -39 (south'ish from dragon portal). She is indifferent and might need breathing apparatus to reach her.

Give Mechanical Net to An Outcast Siren.

An outcast siren says, "So you are the servant of Wenglawks here to retrieve the cloak. I will need more scales to make the cloak in his size. I have already slaughtered a good thirty sirens and the cloak is nearly complete. Go forth and slaughter my kind and bring me the finest scales you can find. Let this idol be your protection from the wrath of E'ci. I will continue my work on the cloak.'

You gain experience!!

You receive Idol of Solusek Ro.

She then asks you to find her three Excellent Siren Scales (very rare drops from any siren). Return the Idol and the three scales to her and she will give you back a cloak.

Give 3 Excellent Siren Scales(unstacked) and the idol back to her.

An outcast siren says, "You are an excellent hunter. Tell me, did you enjoy the screams of the sirens as they perished? I find the sound so wonderful."

You gain experience!!

You receive Great Siren Scale Cloak.

You give Great Siren Scale Cloak to Wenglawks Kkeak.

Wenglawks Kkeak says, 'It is truly a sight to behold. This is the most fashionable cloak I have yet to see. Even King Tormax will be green with envy. This old bag has served me well, I hope you will find it to your liking.'

You gain experience!!

You receive Wenglawks Manly Purse.

The final turn in shouldn't require any faction since Wenglawks is indifferent to all.

Note: Make sure you target him while turning it in. I had Noble helssen targeted by accident but was facing wenglawks when he ate my cloak. Had it do it all over again. Lastly, this does NOT provide coin weight reduction on p99 as of January 2017.
