However, Vilnius is not there all the time; he has a placeholder (the aforementioned brigand) who despawns at 7pm game time (the very verge of 8pm, before the clock ticks over) each day. Once the brigand despawns, Vilnius will spawn very shortly after (and will despawn at around 6-8am game time). If the brigand is up, don't kill him, just wait until he despawns.
