Description
Powerful mobs for their particular level. Despite being Monks they often cast with a 33 damage cold or fire nuke (Cold resist and fire resist have little effect in mitigating this damage). Non aggro towards all classes/races/factions but will gang up with social aggro. 7 minute respawn.
