If you speak to Eimon Hendrys, Faldor's brother in Dagnor's Cauldron - this may trigger Faldor to spawn in Qeynos. I did it and he spawned 40 -50 minutes later in north Qeynos. WARNING : Faldor has bad blood with Eimon since he is a rogue and Eimon is not. Be aware that Eimon may attack you if you speak to him - he did to me.
