Spawns in the valley west of the giant fort, runtlings are placeholders

Update 17/03/2015 Seems to spawn 100% of the time at -1950, 1665 and will then roam to -1800, 2200 after a few seconds. Spawn timer is 6 minutes 40 seconds. Note: this spawn is 100% brutlings, took about 10 kills to drop the intact chopper.
Update 2/27/2016 Go to (-1920.47, 1718.77, 153.07) and face east looking at the tree on the hillside and the mob will spawn there.
