Walkthrough
Tell Wolten Grafe in the Order of Thunder that you will [hunt the rat king]. He says "no one has truly seen him". He wants you bring him the rat king's head. He says that he can be found in the sewers.
In the aqueducts, you will find an NPC named Beggar Wyllin surrounded by four rats near the smugglers. Kill him and he conveniently drops his Human Head for you to take as well as A Tattered Cloth Note (use unknown)
Bring the head back to Wolten.
- Wolten Grafe says 'Excellent work brave Human - Karana smiles upon your services this day. Take this as a reward for your actions!'
- Your faction standing with Knights of Thunder got better.
- Your faction standing with Bloodsabers got worse.
- Your faction standing with Priests of Life got better.
- Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos got better.
You gain experience!!
- Note: Upon handing him the note Wyllin drops, he eats it.
