Dropped A Tattered Note for me today (2015-07-18) that reads:
"Must deliver word to the all-father of the loss of the base of the artifact from Kor Sha. The band of Iksar adventurers overtook the main chamber as most of the dragoons were on a mission. I shall remember the one who snatched the base, but he and his watcher robe shall be difficult to track."
