Plagus Ladeson of the Steel Warriors in Freeport (he can be found in the courtyard behind the Steel Warriors building) talks to you about his hopeless love affairs with both [Milea] and [Toala].
You say, 'Hail'

Milea Clothspinner can be found at the end of the gorge that runs next to the ramp to Highhold in East Karana. When you give her the letter she is not pleased at all, since he is apparently of the harassing type, and she calls him "the plague". She will give you a random item and some coins.
