Wickedness extraordinaire, the Plane of Hate's overpopulated ire ghast is of close relation with Plane of Fear's turmoil toads. Spams a nigh-unresistable fear-spell Invoke Fear, disregarding MR-checks. Has a tendency to respawn in 1minute, roaming about until he locates a puller and begins fear-kiting the poor bastard throughout Hate. One can easily tell when one of these is in the camp when your raid-members walk out of the camp in a neat line, one by one. Occasionally known to send people to his buddies, forsaken revenants, who'd then proceed to charm folks and subsequently start up a faction war.
