Foulness extraordinaire, the Plane of Fear's overpopulated turmoil toad is of close relation with Plane of Hate's ire ghasts. Spams a nigh-unresistable fear-spell Panic, disregarding any forms of LOS or MR-checks. Has a tendency to mooch nearby with 2 others of his kin, ganging up on unsuspecting pullers with their wicked aggro-range and outta-nowhere-jumps-on-you. When the pullers aren't answering, they're running around Fear being kited by these ribbity/croaky sploitwads.
