Captain Keatar may be found at -3440, 3320 in the Ranger guild building.
Captain Keatar tells you that the goblin raiders have been quite a nuisance to his trackers. Bring him proof that you have taken at least four of these beasts down and you will earn the respect of this outpost and insure your well being. The raiders and other goblins sometimes drop Red Headbands.
Captain Keatar says, 'Hail!! Beware of the [goblin raiders] roaming the plains outside of Firiona Vie. They have cause much trouble and continue to assault this outpost.'
