Blackened Alloy Armor consists of 10 pieces of armor for 112AC with a full set weight of 42 pounds. The Crown adds +6 STR, +6 SVALL. The girdle adds +5 Sta. The mask adds 7 Dex, 2 Agi, 5 Sv Magic and subtracts 15 charisma. The set drops commonly from goblins in post-revamp RunnyEye Citadel. It is a replacement/upgrade for the Blackened Iron Armor Set (which also continues to drop).
