8/7/2019 - I ran this last night to fix my North Freeport Banker coalition faction. I started as Dubious to the quest giver and threatening to the banker. I did both this and the Note for Rebby at the same time since they are right next to each other. After the first joint turn in I went from Dubious to Apprehensive with the quest givers, I must have been close to the edge. 15 joint turn ins later I was Indifferent and 3 more joint turns ins put me at amiable. North Freeport Banker is now apprehensive. Based on the number of turn ins and how much faction is needed to go from apprehensive to indifferent the faction hits for this quest are more along the lines of 13 or 14 per quest.
