This page says that Taunt does not work on mobs above level 50. Googling reveals there was a patch in 2011 that said that, however, the game mechanics wiki page says that it DOES work above 50 but only on blue mobs.  Anyone know what the actual story is here?

I believe that people are reading it wrong.

(Blue only) refers to the Blue (PvE) server.

September 8th, 2019 Patch Notes: "Telin: [Oct2001] Raised taunt skill cap for Warriors, Shadowknights, and Paladins."

I believe the cap values need to be updated.
