Menkes Tabolet roams between 141.26, -163.01 near Lala Lenard and Byjan Timbokker (Tent #12 on Wiki map), the dock at -51.42, -17.95 near Mermaid's Lure, -11.50, -266.47 near the Grounds of Fate building (Warriors training hall), and behind the Fish's Ale building by the barrel at -221.75, -310.39.
You say, 'Hail, Menkes Tabolet'
