They are connected to the main gnomes in Ak'Anon, but this faction can be enough to be able to barter and trade with them.
You can raise this faction by killing the Kobolds of Fire Pit in Nagafen's Lair. Killing the foul but relatively harmless Goblins of Fire Peak will not raise this faction.
