Description
The bard is on a 6 minute re-spawn timer. She usually can be pulled safely by herself. However there is a higher level guard (Guard McCluskey) that wanders near her every hour or 2 who waits a couple minutes before pathing away. McCluskey is a corrupt guard though, so if you are kill on sight to begin with, killing Guard Gregor can bring your faction up.
In my experience killing her dozens of times, she was never once level 14. She always max hit for 28 or 32, so levels 13 or 15. Be careful, because the level 15 version is a lot tougher than the 13, and killing her 13 version can lull you into a false sense of security when trying the camp.
