Believe this was introduced in Ykesha expansion. Alla ID 19934.
I don't know if this is classic or not.. but I can confirm that it is on P99. I was running by one day and i looted it off Dwigus Lowater's corpse.
I foraged it in Dagnors Cauldron on 5/4/2020 ~11:50am EDT on green server, which is currently on Solusek Ro patch as of this writing. --johd.
I did not make a bug thread for its removal.
