7/18/19: We found Tarskuk up tonight on the hill at #19 of the map.
5/13/20: After spending several hours, I found a placeholder location for Tarskuk at +3886, +1952 with a 6min40sec spawn time. The following is the spawn sequence I got at this PH spot:
1. Cyclops
2. Brown Bear
3. Cyclops
4. Cyclops
5. Black Bear
6. Cyclops
7. Tarskuk
8. Cyclops
I also found that loc +3626, +1491 only seems to spawn Giant Skeletons. Seven kills with only Giant Skeletons and no Tarskuk.
Lastly, it looks like loc +2873, +885 only seems to spawn Cyclops. Six kills with only cyclops spawns and no Tarskuk.
