You can also buy this in Erudin, opposite to the Library where the tonic girl is. So after you get the honey yum it is easier to gate back, go to tunnel and get a port to Toxx, and pick up your tonic then boat to qeynos for the fish. Revamped the Dark Elf guide since it can be done with an agnostic level 4 enchanter. Also added more instructions on how to do it solo (no friend to help you). In answer to the above, I've done this 4 or 5 times and always handed the items in all at once with no problem (as of April 2020, which was the last time I tried)Sabin76 (talk)
