Hello friends! After having played an Iksar Shaman on Green with the release of Kunark, I thought I would create a leveling guide for the process I took! Thank you to all of the other guides on the Wiki here for helping me find places to hunt, and places to make some money while leveling! Enjoy the guide!

Level 1-4 East Cabilis
Congratulations on making your Iksar Shaman! First things first, hand over your note to Prime Hierophant Vek and equip your new Cudgel, destroy the club, scribe your spells and make your way to the sewers (600, -420) You'll want to jump up at the first opening(shown on map) and follow the path shown through the one way walls killing everything and looting and selling everything until you can afford some bags. I highly recommend the 1 plat medicine bags from Field of Bone from Klok Canip (-2261, 3304) as they are only 0.4 stones.
The sewers here have a series of one way walls for each section. You will need to set your max FPS to around 30-35 to be able to jump out of the sewers. Your goal is to get all 3 of the skulls for your first Cudgel upgrade and to get to level 4. The An iksar outcast is level 3 with about 40hp and aggressive. He spawns at the water opening outside the temple. I stuck to the first two openings until level 2 and had my nuke. By level 2 I started killing all the pygmy barracuda's in the water on my way back to the beginning to maximize my killing.
Inner Fire is more mana efficient then your healing spells until level 19. It's best to just spam that to heal yourself. Take your time, these are the worst levels for sure.
After you get Waz, Logrin, and Morgi's skulls, turn them in, along with the Cudgel, to Hierophant Oxyn (Shaman Skull Quests).
Alternatively, start killing in Field of Bone at level 1.
| Target | LVL | HP | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| A decaying skeleton | 1 | 11 | Aggressive |
| A swamp leech | 1 | 11 | |
| A Mosquito | 1 | 11 | |
| A pygmy barracuda | 2 | 24 | |
| A scorpion | 2 | 24 | |
| An iksar outcast | 3 | 39 | Aggressive. Avoid until you have some spells and at least level 2. (Morgl Skull on the map) |
NOTE: Utilize Wisewolf's Spell Purchasing Guide for spell purchase recommendations moving forward. Especially as money is tight at lower levels.
Level 4-12 Field of Bone
Overview: Now it's time to make your way to Field of Bone finally! Plenty of things to kill here, once you hit 6, make your way to the pit and pull to one of the south ramps working your way further north in the pit as you gain levels. Great opportunities to group with your fellow Iksar's in the pit as well if you so choose.
At level 4, the spider caves located at 'D' on the map are a breeze. This hidden gem is full of spiders, so be sure to buy a sewing kit before coming out so you can combine the spiderling silks. either vendor them(they sell for less then the silks, but stack), or save them for tailoring. You will get plenty of spider silk while in the pit so it's a great way to jump start your tailoring. You'll likely kill the burynaibane spider a handful of times as well so you'll get a new neck piece and weapon we cant use, but they vendor for 1-2gp and aren't lore so you'll make a little coin here. I stayed until 7, and then moved down to the pit.
