Guard Shilster ironically is on the [[Guards of Qeynos]] faction that is lowered when buying Black Burrow Stout from him. So potentially right after a turn in he could become KOS and attack you. This seems rather silly because he talks and warns about the Blackburrow Stout being illegal contraband but proceeds to sell it to you infinitely and instructs you to hide his actions. Sources indicate he has always been on this faction but I suspect it was an original mistake in classic. His dialogue and actions indicate he should likely belong to the CorruptQeynos Guards or Rogue CircleofUnseenHands factions.

Description

Spawns in the north east corner of the zone. Casts Siphon Strength and Clinging Darkness. Give him 5 gold pieces and he will award you faction and Black Burrow Stout.
Sometimes he wanders to the bridge to South Karana and stands inbetween the Wizard spire and the bridge for a few minutes and then goes back again to NE corner again.
