Noxhil V`Sek can be found on the top floor of the Lodge of the Dead in Neriak Third Gate.

- The first person is Kizdean Giz located in the Western Commonlands.
- The second person Cytodl Krish, is on the second floor of the Inn that is NE of the entrance to the High Hold Keep.
- I'm not sure where the third one is.
