Agreed. The location described (-1208, -383) appears to be 100% slayer captains as far as I can tell. Whereas the other location (110, 100) appears to rarely/never spawn the captain and mostly be the regular slayer. Also it appears that some of the frog eye necklaces dropped by the regular slayer still identify as a slayer captain necklace in item lore. 7/1/20 green server -jhod
