Brother Balatin is a uncommon spawn at the 'undead city' in the Dreadlands. Will despawn after about 10 minutes. Kite if necessary. Placeholder is a plaguebone skeleton.
On 09/08/2020 on Red during kiting he de-popped despite being aggroed after ~10min.
