Biggest drawbacks:

(1) Dex would buff out to 248 instead of 255 (2) 12 slots would still need to be changed

Biggest upside:

(1) Still 6500+ HP but with great resists. 205 MR unbuffed. 255 with flower or GRM. 255+ PR with buffs + flower

Two truly tough drops: Helm and boots.

Two pretty dang tough drops: Arms and wrist.
