- Put all points in STA to start.
- Don't waste money on a good "Wind" instrument. The modifier affects nothing.
- Chest piece here is listed as "Breastplate of Twilight", but pick up a Chestplate of Vindication if you have the small amount of DKP to spend.
- Choose a proc weapon for your off-hand.
