Ok i turned in more than 100 light stones but less than 200.. probably around 150ish or so..
I went from scowling ready to attack on my dwarf (brell serilis only ever killed one neriak guard) to amiably... so it is significant faction hits.. I was expecting to need thousands to even move from scowling.

P99 Green
Quest does not seem to be in the game yet (3 days after launch).
Clarification needed on the faction requirement for this quest. The main article states indifferent or higher is required, but a comment above mentions someone going from Scowling to Amiable using this quest.

This quest is not yet available on Green. Scanning through the Patch Notes, it seems it will be apart of the July 26th, 1999 Plane of Fear launched patch. On Green, this will be sometime during January 2020: Plane of Fear.
