Loam Encrusted Sleeves kinda suck. CHA affects charm length. To prove this I did a simple test. I'm level 59. I charmed a level 50 mob, Allizewsaur, with Allure. (I wanted the mob to be high enough that it posed a challenge, not too low and not too high). He was tashed.
- With 108 CHA: 0:13, 0:55, 0:32, 2:26, 0:43, 0:17, 0:23, 0:40, 0:50, 1:23. Average: 50.2 seconds.
- With 248 CHA: 5:11, 10:27, 8:42.
