Lashun Novashine can be found in North Qeynos wandering from the temple to the front gate, and back. One location at which he stops is -158, -350.

Turn in two Bone Chips, unstacked.
- Lashun Novashine says 'Ah good, I see you seek healing. But you must offer the remains of one more minion of Bertoxxulous before Rodcet will deem you worthy.'
