Spawns at 33.27, -304.73, -10.25 and paths around the bank area.

Captain Bosec will pay between 1 and 5 gold for each Left Goblin Ear you turn over to him.

He generally stands close to the entrance of the cellars, near the bank.

You say, 'Hail, Captain Bosec'
