As a 49 cleric he made me zone twice because of high magic resist and a buttload of HPs. I have my doubts that he's level 37. In any case he's a severe undercon.
Camped the listed spawn point today for better than 50 spawns. A griffon spawned every time. Becoming desperate, I tracked and killed two griffons I could see from that location on druid track. For giggles, I then killed a griffawn that pathed on a SW-NE diagonal nearby. On the next round of spawns, GrimFeather was up along with another griffon but not from the wiki's LOC. I suspect the griffawn I killed is the true PH.
I have seen him spawn SE of the guard tower so it is at least not complete, if not simply wrong.

Spawned right in front of me, NW of the druid rings.
