Bundin is not like any of the other guards in the Butcherblock Mountains. His name isn't even Guard Bundin. It's Blyle Bundin. He is around levels 6-7 (Blue con to lvl 7), and wanders around behind Guard Rylin and the headstone near the docks, also near the bandit camp with Peg Leg, and possibly the ruins with the two rogues disgised as guards.

Blyle Bundin doesn't even belong to the Stormguard faction. Once you kill him, your faction with [[KaladimCitizens]] gets worse. The "Stormguard" axe that he carries around is actually just a Rusty Axe. And then of course there's the head. Return both the Rusty Axe and the Dwarf head to Hogunk Ventille, and the quest is complete. You receive a Bronze Two Handed Hammer that is worth over 6p (at 75 CHA)!
