When trying to locate the Kindle PH I like to sit in the hallway north of where he spawns and wait until he hits me because he's the only goblin that roams through there. There is another goblin that paths through the room south of the captain, so to be sure you have the right one wait till he goes into the hallway. | ||

The location for Kindle, Singe, and EXG on the map aren't accurate. I uploaded a modified version of the map to imgur which shows where they actually spawn. http://imgur.com/FunCuMO
All three of the place holders roam. The Kindle PH spawns near the two goblins along the wall, just to the west of the northern most one. When trying to locate the Kindle PH I like to sit in the hallway north of where he spawns and wait until he hits me because he's the only goblin that roams through there. There is another goblin that paths through the room south of the captain, so to be sure you have the right one wait till he goes into the hallway.
