Rubicite Armor is highly coveted for its rare red color and the HP regen on the breastplate.

The armor drops in Cazic Thule prior to the Oct 1999 Era (Temple of Solusek Ro).

Full Set

The full set (1 wrist) gives more AC than a suite of Bronze Armor, but less than a suite of Fine Plate Armor), and weighs 37 stones (between the weight of a Small and Medium suit of Banded Armor):
