Description
There are two versions of this mob.
One can be found in North Freeport, at (-16, 529) 
on the second floor of Groflah's Forge. This is the high level static version of the NPC, that you need to hail and turn your note into for the first step of Zimel's Blades (SoulFire).
The second version is found on some nights after 9pm in the Seafarers Roost . This is the version for Groflah Steadirt's Death and the later steps of Zimel's Blades (SoulFire)
