Description
Paglan is an astoundingly under-conned mob. This enemy has at least double the health of Basil and hits extremely hard. As a level 25 warrior I was able to deal about 150 damage to him before he had me near death and 150 damage barely dented his health bar. I'm estimating his health to be somewhere above or near 1250.
Unclear if he actually is a Rogue per the Wiki, Basil was not, but I did not want to risk seeing if Paglan could backstab me.
He spawned in the same area Basil did, near #16 on the West Karana map. I found him on my 8th or 9th try.
