^ Response: No, it's not. You will land 1 out of 3 casts, on average, and that's not mana efficient. Better off twitching with that mana and medding for shimmering/glimmering drakes. Spell is worthless and only Chardok Enchanter Farmers want to keep the price high to scam people out of their platinum. It's a garbage spell.
