Because of known pathing/scripting issues, he may be located at +30, +480 instead of his usual sewer hangout. Also known to wander to 50, 60 after turning in the Tiny Gem where he ends up in the Jade Tiger Den on the 2nd floor inside the 2nd wooden door on the left in a room with a greater spirit.
