Description
Spawns are much more prevalent at night time. Seen often around the iksar bandit camp (just south of FoB zoneline) (despawn at 7am).
Tewaz's note: These start spawning at 8PM more frequently on Blue. They path on the hill to the east of the bandit camp. I used /pet attack froglok_r to know when they popped. They do not appear to have placeholders that I could find. It took probably 10 night cycles to get all the pages and the binder. Each one drops a page unless they drop the binder. I had all the pages after 2-3 cycles.
