What is the basis for his listed spawn rate (20%)? I have been camping this named all day long, have 39 PHs right now and only 3 spawns, which is sub 10%.
Maybe the guy before you got him on the 5th spawn or got 2 out of 10 spawns. If you think you have a better sample, feel free to update it.
