Orc pawns pop every ''seven minutes now (confirmed on p99 2 September 2014)'', if they don't pop then one is active so kill all pawns in region. Keep doing this until pawn pops. (Either the orc pawn PH or Faelin will spawn at pos 1515, pos 560, once you've killed any wandering orc pawns, just stand there and you won't have to move. Just wait seven minutes for the next spawn).

05/18/19 I just killed every pawn that passed within view of her spawn spot 1520, 550 and soon the PH pawns started to spawn. Perhaps you don't have to go looking for the wandering pawns, just let them come to you.

When the pawns pop, you have a roughly 10% chance that Faelin will pop instead so kill every pawn that pops. The respawn timer is 7 minutes. You do not need to kill anything else. Note: Killed 20 orc pawns, no pop... Did this on my druid, took forever to spawn her chain killin her ph... I suggest waiting to forage your ripened heartfruit while waiting for this boring camp. Train Stealth, hide, spells etc.

If you stand at 1520, 550 (also 1514,732), Faelin will stop right in front of you for about 30 sec. Have a bag open with the note handy. You do not need to hail or talk to her, just give her the note a she will give you the ring.
