More or less a clone of Garanel Rucksif for the cleric quest. Hits much harder than his level.
He spawns floating above/in front of the couch, not in the corner. Skeletons and ghouls popping in the corner beside the couch do not seem to be related (likely not place holders). The 2-hour spawn time was observed once. Unsure if there are variations or other mobs can spawn in his place.
