Sneak - works great with FD splitting. When FD hit sneak, wait for the mobs to go back home, and stand up and grab the last one standing there. The other ones with their backs turned will not see you. Sneak can also be used for some things where faction is an issue.
FD - wandering mobs will tend not to forget about you once you stand up. Only mobs that have a "home" spot will have a chance of doing this. You might have to FD then /q and re-enter the game to be safe.
